Chief T. Leo Rugiens is Non Commissioned Cfficer (NCO) in God’s Navy on detached duty to the Army of God. Never heard of God’s Navy? Few have, but who do you think brings supplies, reinforcements and replacements to the Army of God? The Chief is experienced, blunt and a man of few words. He has served in many locations, been in many fights for Christ, made his fair share of mistakes and gotten lots of cuts and bruises, just like anybody else.
